Modern lounge bar with cafe bar-style menu and contemporary upstairs restaurant serving Indian and Thai cuisine in a stylish and vibrant setting. Located in a modern building with floor-to-ceiling windows in Cleveleys, the Lime Lounge is a contemporary Asian restaurant and bar set over two floors. During the day the large bar and lounge serves light snacks and bar food, Indian, Thai and European beers and wines.
There are large screens showing sports and music as you chill out on the leather sofas. At night the bar is lively and atmospheric as the mood lighting works with the modern décor of reds and greens. The restaurant upstairs again has panoramic views and is set out in stylish green and burgundy with clothed tables, red and black leather chairs and there is an open kitchen. The menu offer a fusion of Indian and Thai cuisines with dishes offering a modern take on traditional recipes. From the Indian selection you can try starters such as kebabs, spiced scallops and spicy chicken wings, mains favourites include Tikka Massala, Korma and Jalfrezi together with specials like pan fried sea bass and duck dishes. The Thai selection offers starters of crispy duck, spring rolls and fish cakes, whilst mains are split into stir fries and curries.
Chef’s recommendations include Pad Thai noodles and Jungle Curry. Larger parties and celebrations can choose from a choice of banquets of Indian or Thai or both.
